Our Story
VentureReady is a software studio founded in Tbilisi in 2024. We provide full-cycle development, from product scoping and design through engineering, deployment, and ongoing support, for clients who need working software rather than slide decks.
We kept the team deliberately small. Every project is handled directly by senior engineers and designers with backgrounds in data platforms, web and mobile products, and operations-heavy systems. There is no handoff layer between the people you talk to and the people who write the code.
In our first two years we have shipped products across education, healthcare, logistics, agriculture, entertainment, insurance, and real estate. The common thread: taking messy, operational domains and turning them into systems people actually use to make decisions.

Our Team
VentureReady is four people: a founder focused on data science, and leads for product, software development, and UX/UI design. Between us we carry over two decades of combined experience building and shipping software.
Working this way has a practical consequence: the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. Estimates come from the people doing the work, and design decisions are made next to the code they affect.
When a project needs more hands, we bring in specialists from a small, trusted network we have worked with before, and we stay accountable for the result.
